phil126491
Hi! I'm new to WHMCS, however I've spent quite a bit of time reading the docs and googling, but I'm still having issues with setting up my default email templates. Basically I can't find the default template for the "New Account Information", "Support Ticket Opened", and many others (New Invoice, Order Conf, etc). I go to Setup -> Email Templates, and comes a bunch of them come up, but there's still several missing. In the log, here are some of the errors I'm getting: EMAILERROR: Email Template Invoice Created Not Found EMAILERROR: Email Template Order Confirmation Not Found EMAILERROR: Email Template Support Ticket Opened Not Found Any help is appreciated, Thanks! brian!
they're not stored as external files, but are in the mysql database - can only assume that when installing, some weren't installed correctly. perhaps reinstalling the latest full version, v5.2.16, might correct this.

brian!
then i'd suggest opening a support ticket with whmcs and they may be able to supply you with a method to add these templates to your database.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 28, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 28, 2014 Hi, Specifically it's the tblemailtempaltes table you would want to look at. Support can provide a fully populated copy of the table via ticket.
phil126491
Thanks for the responses! After a few days of banging my head against a wall...I did a backup and then rather than have my host install WHMCS for me (like the first time), I did installed manually (using an upgrade) and it seemed to do the trick, as all the expected email templates are in!
companyjuice
I have tried re-installing WHMCS and updating WHMCS, but the Email Templates are not being installed into the database. Can anyone please help me figure out why this error keeps showing up and why I cannot get the WHMCS Support Ticket system to send out emails to the client? This is crazy !!! EMAILERROR: Email Template Support Ticket Opened Not Found - - - Updated - - - I have tried re-installing WHMCS and updating WHMCS, but the Email Templates are not being installed into the database. Can anyone please help me figure out why this error keeps showing up and why I cannot get the WHMCS Support Ticket system to send out emails to the client? This is crazy !!! EMAILERROR: Email Template Support Ticket Opened Not Found I should note that I am using a GoDaddy VPS licensed version of WHMCS, so I do not have the priviledge of opening a WHMCS support ticket to get the full database table, or any support for that matter. So basically I am saying that because I am using WHMCS through GoDaddy, I cannot get the "Email Template Support Ticket Opened" into my WHMCS database, and the WHMCS Support Ticket functionality does not work without it.
brian! Licence related questions (including reissues and licence errors) should still be directed to your reseller.
