WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 20, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 20, 2014 Hi, The main template setting is located under Setup > General Settings > General tab. The order form template setting is located under Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab.
EmpressT
Thank You for your response. This is what I see for templates. Do you know why I am seeing this?
brian!
I would guess that either the templates haven't uploaded correctly (or at least their icons), or you have a program (in the browser or firewall / av) blocking the images...
EmpressT
Okay, I went to my Mac to check it there and it is the same result. I just hope my customers can see it but I can't check. Thank You for responding. - - - Updated - - - Also, the only tab I see throughout this whole software is the email template. Not seeing what you all are telling me.
vec
you more than likely have a setting wrong under general config tab... my guess anyway
brian!
it might be an idea to open a support ticket with whmcs - they'll be able to look at it and see if everything is installed correctly. if you log into the admin demo - then the layout of yours should be fairly similar to the demo... you won't get to see general settings (where the templates are), but you could check the other areas... if it isn't, then you do have an issue. have you set yourself as a full administrator in the admin? i'm wondering if you haven't and that's why you can only see a small part of admin??
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 22, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 22, 2014 Hi, This means the thumbnail.gif images are missing in the subdirectories beneath /templates/orderforms/ It might be indicative of a wider problem, so I'd recommend a fresh re-upload of the entire /tempaltes directory.
