gold1234 Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 Dear all, I have made an incremental upgrade from 5.2.4 to 5.2.7 (no other versions for updating inbetween). After running the install script (and backing up the database), the client area seems to work, but on access of the /admin directory i see a blank page and a error 500. Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 the incremental patch to v5.2.7 was for users of v5.2.6 only (the readme in the zip says so!) - if you needed to update from an earlier version, you have to use the full version. i'm not sure how to solve your situation, and it might be worth opening a ticket with support, but you may end up having to install the full version... there might be important files you're missing that were installed with the 5.2.5 and 5.2.6 updates. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
