[not a bug] Cancelling a [Plesk 11.0.x] Service Does not Cancel the Service.

After closing a client's account (Customers -> [Customer #] -> Profile:Status:Closed), cancelling a [Plesk 11.0.x] service (Customers -> [Customer #] -> Services -> Status: Cancelled) does not cancel/suspend/delete that service. i.e., The service is still provisioned+active in the Plesk Panel interface.

You running an "old" Plesk Version, actuall is 11.5.30 Update #24 - try to upgrade you Plesk.

Thanks, Fragger, but there doesn't seem to be a pressing business requirement to move away from Version 11.0.9 -- e.g., Version 11.0.x is still under active deveopment and the upgrade path [to Version 11.5.x] is quite perillous, AFAICT -- so we're going to continue using Plesk 11.0.x.

I am closing this thread, as the root issue here was needing to terminate services in the module before closing a client.
