revion Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Can someone from support pick up this ticket? PLQ-821077 moved whmcs db and files between hosts now its all screwed up: 1. We cant make any changes to client profile, for example uncheck dont apply taxes it says saved but the box is stiull checked 2. Nobody can open tickets: says ticket is opened, however when a client goes to that ticket LINK An error occurred. Damo Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Sounds like DNS propagation hasn't completed and you still have whmcs available on your old host. Check the email headers of the email that contains the ticket ID.
