Kian Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Hi I don't know if it's just me but now that i've updated WHMCS to version 5.2.12 my clients can no longer use the available credit in their accounts to pay invoices. The "Apply now" button simply doesn't work. When you click it you are redirected to client area login page. epretorious Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 (edited) I'm able to issue credits, but the balance that is displayed in the Customer Summary (/whmcs/admin/clientssummary.php?userid=XX) remains unaffected. i.e., The Cusomer Summary page indicates that clients have a $0.00 balance even though the Credit Log (http:///whmcs/admin/clientscredits.php?userid=XX) shows unused credits.
