Patch bug (I believe): Replying to support tickets fails

A quick update:

 

It effects tickets active prior to the patch and those created after.

 

I only use 3 official WHMCS modules.

 

It effects all admin templates.

 

Closing a ticket works, but when I reply to the closed ticket it shows the error "ticket id not found."

 

So far on another thread 3 people have confirmed it's not effecting them so I will keep checking.

Are you replying to the tickets from the client area, or the admin area? Where is the error occurring?

 

From the admin area, the client area works fine.

 

Interestingly I just tried the mobile version which I don't use and it works fine. Also works fine on my dev install which I just patched so it's probably a conflict of some kind.
