zomex
Hello, I've just installed the patch and it's showing V5.2.9. When replying to a support ticket it refreshed the page but didn't add the reply. Regards, Jack
zomex
A quick update: It effects tickets active prior to the patch and those created after. I only use 3 official WHMCS modules. It effects all admin templates. Closing a ticket works, but when I reply to the closed ticket it shows the error "ticket id not found." So far on another thread 3 people have confirmed it's not effecting them so I will keep checking. Edited October 19, 2013 by zomex

SeanP
Have you tried deleting your templates_c cache, after applying the patch?
zomex
Have you tried deleting your templates_c cache, after applying the patch? Yeah I've done this. I've also tried uploading the files from the V5.2.9 full version to ensure there's no past files that could be causing it but same error.
SeanP
Are you replying to the tickets from the client area, or the admin area? Where is the error occurring?
zomex
Are you replying to the tickets from the client area, or the admin area? Where is the error occurring? From the admin area, the client area works fine. Interestingly I just tried the mobile version which I don't use and it works fine. Also works fine on my dev install which I just patched so it's probably a conflict of some kind.
zomex
Wanted to update this thread to say that I've had a ticket with WHMCS since I created this thread and it's not been resolved. I'm getting very fed up with the lack or support/communication from WHMCS.
