I deleted an invoice

Hi All, I just recently changed the billing cycle for a client from monthly to annually. Unfortunately I forgot to change the recurring amount. So their next invoice generated for the year but it still had the monthly amount. I deleted the invoice from the system, but now I'm thinking that wasn't the correct way to fix the problem. What should I do now? How do I get the system to generate another invoice for that product/service?

Thanks,

CJ

Another option without changing the date (which can throw off customers) and actually generate a new invoice for the original date is by completing the steps below. I figured this out the other day as a invoice already went out to a customer but it didn't include domain service and I wanted them combined.

1) delete invoice(s)

2) login to your phpMyAdmin (WHMCS database) and go to tblinvoiceitems table

3) sort by invoiceID field and you will see the most recent invoice item(s)

4) these invoice item(s) that were on any of the deleted items simply need to be deleted

5) once deleted, you can generate the invoices again on the clients summary tab, you can repeat this process as many times as you like.

If this helps, great, simply click on the little star looking thing below to add this to my reputation.
