  1. @mhermann Thanks, just got a chance to try it out. Works really well to quickly see how much the individual products are brining in for the year, and past years.
  2. Hi folks, I have been trying to setup my G Suite email to be used as the Mail Provider via these instructions, which everything seems straight forward, but always hangs /locks up the console from several minutes when I click "test connection", and just sits there indefinitely, or if I click the x on the configure mail provider overlay, and reopen, can get it to provide an error. (see attached pics). WHMCS INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP google as the mail service provider https://help.whmcs.com/m/system/l/1277316-setting-up-google-as-your-mail-service-provider WHMCS is at the latest version of 8.1.3, I am using the GSUITE Legacy Free edition Gmail account (for past 10 years). Has anybody else run into this issue, or anybody using this feature yet? And if successful, which G SUITE (workspace) edition are you licensed for? Thanks for any help.
  3. Anyone else having issues with using their GSUITE (workspace) for the mail provider? The instructions are straight forward setting up the OAuth ID & Secret etc.. , but when I click the test configuration button, it never connects and just sits their with the spinning wheel. (see image).
  4. This would be nice, month to month is fine to see what product brought income in that month, but a data range is really needed. This would help see the big picture of what products and add-ons are bringing in the most, per quarter / year etc...

  6. Another option without changing the date (which can throw off customers) and actually generate a new invoice for the original date is by completing the steps below. I figured this out the other day as a invoice already went out to a customer but it didn't include domain service and I wanted them combined. 1) delete invoice(s) 2) login to your phpMyAdmin (WHMCS database) and go to tblinvoiceitems table 3) sort by invoiceID field and you will see the most recent invoice item(s) 4) these invoice item(s) that were on any of the deleted items simply need to be deleted 5) once deleted, you can generate the invoices again on the clients summary tab, you can repeat this process as many times as you like. If this helps, great, simply click on the little star looking thing below to add this to my reputation. -NWD
  7. does not work for 5.3.3 it appears, get blank picture displayed. I assume too many behind the scene changes have been made with WHMCS that these a href link to. More then likely higher security standards preventing direct linking/access etc...
  8. Hello all, After experiencing some issues with the Global CSS Style not working, I decided to customize my global emails strictly using inline styling. I didn't see any templates of this so I am posting my code below. All you need to do is copy and paste the code in the Global Email Header Content and Global Email Footer Content sections accordingly. Then simply modify the color's to match your theme. Of course it can be modified even more if you choose to. But this will give you a head start to make sure you emails are sent out with a little more class. Example of email output from this code: Simply add this code to your Global Email Header Content: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> <title></title> </head> <body> <table bgcolor="#48b1e1" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" height="100%" width="100%" id="bodyTable"> <tr> <td align="center" style="padding-top: 30px; padding-right: 30px; padding-bottom: 30px; padding-left: 30px;"> <table bgcolor="#dedee2" border="0" cellpadding="20" cellspacing="0" width="592" id="emailContainer" style="text-align: left; border-top-color: #666666; border-right-color: #666666; border-bottom-color: #666666; border-left-color: #666666; border-top-width: 1px; border-right-width: 1px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-left-width: 1px; border-top-style: solid; border-right-style: solid; border-bottom-style: solid; border-left-style: solid; border-collapse: collapse;"> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top" padding-top: 20px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px;> <table border="0" cellpadding="20" cellspacing="0" width="100%" id="emailHeader"> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top"> <img src="Link To Your Header Image"> </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top"> <table border="0" cellpadding="20" cellspacing="0" width="100%" id="emailBody"> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top" style="color:#333333;" > <!--CONTENT STARTS--> And add this code to your Global Email Footer Content: </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" valign="top"> <table border="0" cellpadding="20" cellspacing="0" width="100%" id="emailFooter"> <tr> <td align="center" valign="top"> (Add Your Footer Info Here) Copyright 2013 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> </table> </td> </tr> </table> </body> </html> Thats it. Hope this helps someone. -Jason
  9. Same issue here, did you get this figured out? I am running Version: 5.2.10 (latest version offered from their godaddy / downloads. I have the global header and footer completely customized with HTML table's and looks great and saves the code within those sections. But whatever I put in the "Global Email CSS Styling" text box, it removes it after I click save. Looking for a solution so I can finish the customization of the Global Email Style. Thanks!
