impetus
so i want to get started..... I see there's a "set up services" area.... I think "sure.. perfect, since I'd have no idea where to begin".... Then, there's no phone support? Is it going to take me 6 months to get a full profile done? Ideally, I'd like to get set up today. Is there a support line or something to get me moving right away?
0 WHMCS Chris
Hello, We do not offer telephone support at this time. You're welcome to submit a ticket, review video tutorials and documentation, or inquire here as well. http://www.whmcs.com/get-support
0 impetus
Then how to you provide this "set-up" product? I would imagine a fair amount of dialog would have to take place in order to fulfill the service, no?

0 impetus
again, WHM promotes a service to handle setup for you. That's why im posting here. I don't have the time to send a day learning how to set up a panel, especially when they offer a service for it. I'd much rather pay for someone else to do it.

WHM provides an installation server, just as WHMCS does. Our setup service provides a PDF which asks key questions for the submitter to fill out. Once returned, we act on these requirements provided by the submitter.

I'm just curious here, what happens when you get your server all setup and your WHMCS installed by someone else, whats next? IMHO, anyway you look at it, you're going to be spending far more than a day learning things. You have to, no way around that. WHMCS has gone to a lot of trouble to make some very helpful videos if you don't have time to read the docs. You can find those here: WHMCS Video Tutorials - WHMCS Documentation
