WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 18, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 18, 2013 Hi, What exactly is stopping you from adding products, please describe exactly what happens when you click the "Create a New Product" on that page? Please ensure that MySQL Strict Mode is disabled in your MySQL configuration.

brian!
how weird! i'm sure John will give you further advice on this, but i'd be tempted to reinstall and hope that solves it... or perhaps give you login to support via a ticket. out of interest, what happens if you try to add a product by using the link below directly in your browser (changing the domain and admin path to yours)...? http://www.domain.com/admin/configproducts.php?action=create

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 23, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 23, 2013 Hi, I've honestly never seen that before. So the first thing for you to try is re-uploading a fresh copy of the /admin directory files and ensuring there are no custom hooks or addons in the /includes or /modules directories. If the problem persists after that, please open a support ticket with admin and FTP access so we may investigate further.
