Please check this as soon as possible .

 

Sounds like a problem with the login credentials.

 

Try this:

http://www.hostclouds.net/client/admin/login.php?action=reset and let us know if that fixes the error when you try logging in.

I have same problem, password resset doesn't help.

@HostClouds: how do you fix this?

if anyone have solution please...

 

If you're completely locked out WHMCS have a SQL function they can run to re-gain access. If the email reset doesn't work you can confirm your email by viewing the database.
