Order Form -> I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers

On our order form, when choosing the option 'I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers' when a domain is entered, the screen does not progress further, thus stopping any order.

 

We have tried :

 

- removing any template cache, and turning on debugging, but we are not able to see what the problem is, as only shows blank screen

- tried re installing whmcs from a new download

 

Any ideas would be helpful to see what the problem may be.

re-installing is usually the best option, but if you've tried that and it hasn't worked...

 

does this problem exist on all order forms - if you switch to another form, it still occurs ?

 

you could also try disabling payment modules to see if one of them is causing the issue.

Hi,

I would recommend re-downloading a fresh copy of the WHMCS files from our client area and re-uploading the /includes directory.

 

If the issue persists after that, please open a support ticket so we can investigate further.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm having the same problem since updating to 5.2.12.
