AssociatedVOIP
I totally understand that WHMCS is meant to be fully customized on the client side. But shouldn't the admin area be fully usable out of the box? I ask this because if you try to use the Rick Text Editor (tiny mce) to customize email templates, the buttons for the editor are unreadable. Even in the WHMCS demo site they are unreadable! Come on WHMCS... it's called follow through!
Iniz
What do you mean? Screenshot perhaps? The WYSIWYG editor seems to be fine on my end and clearly visible and in a usable state
bear
Just tried the demo with several browsers and see nothing odd there; looks the same in all of them to me. All icons/images, and perfectly clear, as well as functional. What browser are you using, and can you offer a screen capture?
DavidBee
do you maybe have a popup blocker? My "better pop up blocker" plugin tends to screw on some functions on certain website.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 10, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 10, 2013 Moved to Tech Support as that seems more appropriate.
And then there was one les
i have never had a problem with the editor either ive been using whmcs since V3, using various browsers and both windows/linux. Please let us know which browser and operating system you are using. Have you found any other sites that this occurs on that use the same editor?
