mathewparet
After recent upgrade of my server I am facing issues with Domain Sync Report using the ResellerClub module. Below is the error I am getting: Error for parijaat.org: CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host (IP: & 66.85.131.115). 66.85.131.115 is the IP of my server. But from the error I think something is missing before "&". Looks like it should have shown 2 IPs. I understand this looks like a Firewall issue. But I am not able to get the IP or domain opened in firewall as the error log doesn't give any clues as to which hostname/ip and port the CURL is trying to connect to. Thanks in advance.
And then there was one les
http://docs.whmcs.com/Common_Troubleshooting_Tips#Server_Command_Error_-_Curl_Error_-_Couldn.27t_connect_to_host_.287.29 And for speedy sake. cPanel/WHM 2086/2087, Plesk 8443, DirectAdmin 2222, it isnt an i your unblocking, its the ports. mathewparet
This has nothing to do with the hosting control panel like cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin. Issue is with ResellerClub Domain Sync. It is totally different. So issue is occuring where WHMCS is trying to connect to the "Domain" control panel in ResellerClub.

The script needs to connect out through certain ports to use CURL and complete your request. From the error it appears the port(s) it needs are not open on your server. Did you try adding in the port(s) it suggests in the documentation?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 12, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 12, 2013 Hi, You need to ensure your server is whitelisted for access to ResellerClub's API for access to sync domains. This error suggests it is not, you need to ensure 6.85.131.115 is whitelisted. The solution to common errors are posted in our documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#CURL_Error:_7_-_couldn.27t_connect_to_host
mathewparet
The interesting fact is that I have already added the IP in the domain control panel at Settings > API. But still it is not working. Also the error I get seems incomplete: Error for parijaat.org: CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host (IP: & 66.85.131.115). Looks like something is missing before the & symbol.

Yes, but did you also add in the egress ports as mentioned?
