Are these minor bugs in V5.25 or just me?

Hello There

 

A week ago, I upgraded to 5.24 and today to 5.25. Noticed the following glitches:

 

- Clients->View Search Clients no longer works for "Company Name". Shows all clients twice in an extremely long result list, instead of the one company you search for.

 

- The new sidebar search also shows all-clients in the results of any Company search

 

- Clients->View Search Clients shows double listing for each client upon performing a "Client Name" search. The same search gives the correct unique results when conducted from the sidebar.

 

- The Cron no longer sends "Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice" for each domain of one single client expiring on the same date. Instead it sends the notice for one domain out of many domains of that client expiring on the same day.

 

1. Any of you guys who have upgraded to 5.25 facing the above issues? If yes, which ones / any fixes?

 

2. My license is leased by my Data Center. Is there a way I can contact WHMCS support team for help with the above? In other words, can I login somewhere using my license key?

the clients search problem (all 3 you list) are known bugs... though bizarrely, I don't see the double listing on my installation, but others do... i'm pretty sure it was bugged in 5.2.4 (5.2.5 just being a security update).

 

haven't ran across the cron error you mention, but i've not have any clients with multiple domains expiring on the same date yet.

 

as far as I know, there are no fixes available - the next update is 5.3 and I think I read it is due for release on June 6th.

 

can't help with the license issue - can you use the support link at the top?

Not very happy to learn that I am not alone. Hope the bugs in 5.2.4 are addressed in 5.3

 

I can visit the Support link above but cannot use "Ask Us" facility. Maybe someone knows how a leased license client can ask for help!

Did you ever get to the bottom of this one?

 

We've recently upgraded to 5.27 & having issues with 'grouped' domain reminders too.

The message sends, however as you mentioned, it only lists 1 of the client's domains.

 

Have tried reverting back to the default email template & still experiencing the same issue :/
