[NOT A BUG] Password reset option not working anymore (V5.2)

Hello,

 

After the upgrade from 5.1.2 to 5.2.1 and after that to 5.2.2 the password reset option isn't working any more. Clients can request a password reset, they get 1 email. This email contains a link they have to click to get a new password. The page displayed says that a password has been created and should be in their email account.

 

However looking at the mail server logs no email with a new password is send. I tested this with multiple accounts and it didn't work with any account.

 

Is this a known bug? What is the solution?

Ours is working. The email they receive takes them to a page where they enter a new password and can then continue to the client area. There is no second email sent or advised.

 

We use a styled theme based on the Default theme. Maybe you need to update your templates or clear your templates_c folder.
