Janko Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 almost 12 hours before I opened a critical ticket and so far no useful response from support. this is the worst support I have ever seen. we can not login into admin area. apparently we have a: Licenses NoIP - Monthly Lease No Branding Ticket ID: #LPV-649900 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The license key has been entered incorrectly The domain being used to access your install has changed The IP address your install is located on has changed The directory you are using has changed If required, you can reissue your license from our client area on demand @ http://www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php to update the allowed install location. It appears your server is returning an IPv4 address, an IPv6 address and a local IPv4 address - all of which we have now added to your licence (normally only 1 IP address is recorded).
