gothamweb
Hi, we are moving to WHMCS for billing and automation, and see that we can choose to use either Kayako or WHMCS for ticketing I see that we can import Kayako should we choose to use WHMCS. Is there any advantage for us to use WHMCS over Kayako at this point? Thanks in advance Peter
WHMCS Chris
Hello, I would like to state that we're implementing some new features into the ticket system with the next release which should increase usability & functionality for administrators.
Daniel
I'd stick with WHMCS, we deal with close to a thousand tickets a day and don't have any problems with it. Excited to see what these new features are
gothamweb
Thanks Chris. I cant seem if we continue to use Kayako, do we lose any WHMCS functionality? I have no problem importing Kayako if needed, or staying with Kayako if it makes no difference at all for WHMCS Peter

bear
I would like to state that we're implementing some new features into the ticket system with the next release which should increase usability & functionality for administrators. Looking forward to hearing what those changes are. We'd love to ditch Kayako and use WHMCS only.
