I am curious where I can find information on what if any communication happen between WHMCS and Cpanel.

 

Like when an account is added, updated or deleted. Do I need to do on both sides separately or do I do them through WHMCS and it manages changes on the server.

Hi,

WHMCS sends the create, suspend, terminate, change password & change package functions to the server whenever they're triggered in WHMCS. Suspending or changing an account directly on the server won't automatically update WHMCS though.
