WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 28, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 28, 2012 Hi, If the email is in the email log and there's no error in Utilities > Logs > Activity Log then it means the email left WHMCS without any errors from your mail server.
