starnetwork Posted November 3, 2012 Share Posted November 3, 2012 Hi, I got many questions / inquiries to my email and I want to Forward it to the right whmcs tickets email (sales emails to sales / support to support etc...) there is any way to Forwarding the customer email to ticket and he opened under their whmcs client? starnetwork Posted November 7, 2012 Author Share Posted November 7, 2012 Maybe not understood correctly, I have the tickets from email option (using pop) but the issue is that I want that ticket will create under the customer even I I send the email to the support department and not the customer.
