Forwarding emails to tickets

Hi,

I got many questions / inquiries to my email and I want to Forward it to the right whmcs tickets email

(sales emails to sales / support to support etc...)

there is any way to Forwarding the customer email to ticket and he opened under their whmcs client?

(for example, insert some varies with their email address or customer ID in the Forwarding email)
