Osix Host
Hi We noticed that sometimes when you go an order you get an 403 error on cart. http://lunohost.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=19 for an example it dont happen all the time but on the link your likely get welcomed with "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /cart.php on this server." Any ideas? Jordan

malfunction
That's probably mod_security
Lawrence
Hi, If it is happening intermittently, I would suspect a mod_security rule is being triggered by the data being POST'ed to cart.php. If you are using Apache, try running a grep for "cart.php" against the error_log file and it should (hopefully) reveal what is causing the 403 error and you can then work to resolve it.
sahostking
I seemed to be having a similar issue and disabled a few atomic rules for my whmcs setup: 330039 5718830 340162 340163 350147 I hate disabling modsec rules. Anyone have some tips on this topic?
