My licence is from a reseller am i still able to submit support tickets?

 

i've been haveing issues with the comparison template and transfering domains after ordering hosting , i found a post on this forum with the same issue and they where told to submit a support ticket for the fix but i cant submit a support ticket cause i cant register without buying a licence.

You must have an account already created by your reseller.

The licence box says its licensed to the reseller, have already asked them for support but all they said was post it on the WHMCS forum.

Well my guessing is then that you have to ask them to provide you with a valid account so you can submit your own tickets here. I don't think that the forums is the proper way to get support, besides it's hard for WHMCS personnel to make sure you have a valid license and that you are also the owner of the website in question.

 

But yet, maybe you should wait for a mod's reply

You can submit a ticket to WHMCS without an account however you'll need to use the link https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=13

Licensing questions should be directed to your reseller and you are entitled to technical support directly from us, please contact us using http://whmcs.com/resellersupport

 

Your reseller should have informed you of this, my apologies on their behalf if they did not.
