Migrate WHMCS from Linux installation to Windows AND from sub-domain to main domain

Hello all,

I have installed a fully installed and near configured WHMCS portal on a Linux server, however I have a need to migrate this to a dedicated Windows Server. Firstly, is this possible and secondly, if it is, how difficult is it?

The Win Server is 2008 R2 Web Edition with full MySQL / PHP / .htaccess support (.htaccess via Helicon Ape).

The main issue is that I may need to not only migrate it but also change what domain it points to. For instance, at present it points to it's own sub-domain, so portal.domain.com. However I may have a need to have the WHMCS installation on the root of the main domain so that I can use a WHMCS integrated website.

Is this going to be a nightmare?! If at all possible!:?:
