WHMCS 5.1.2 provisioining Plesk 11

I am trying to setup provisioning to Plesk 11.0.9. I've seen other people successfully using the Plesk 10 module so I have tried this as well. I am getting errors but not able to find much in WHMCS. I have turned on module debugging and here is what I see.

 

The product screen shows "Module Command Error Error Code: -" when I hit create. The module log just shows a empty response "Array()". On the plesk server it self all I see in the httpsd log is

"" 302 0 "-" "-"

Any clues on how else to troubleshoot what's going on?

 

On a side topic, if the customers are manually setup in Plesk, is it still possible to tie together the WHMCS and Plesk account provisioning after the fact?

Hi,

First try ticking/unticking Setup > Products/Services > Servers > Edit > Secure checkbox.

Or it could be that your server requires a secure connection but cURL is lacking SSL support, so please ensure cURL is compiled with that.

I did not have the secure check box checked. That took care of it. Thank you.
