sparky Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 The error above is saying that the expiry month is incorrect That looks like the log from gateway log... can you go to utilities->logs->module log and enable logging then report back the error from there after trying the transaction again. (its been active the whole time) P.S the error doesnt seem to indicate an invalid month to me, it indicates that the field name is wrong. We don't respond any quicker to users who post on the forums as otherwise everyone would start doing it, but rest assured we'll get to your ticket shortly. @sparky: In the case of token modules, ticking that option to not store cards in the database means that even the token isn't stored. slim Posted August 9, 2012 Author Share Posted August 9, 2012 Hi Matt eway have diagnosed the issue - I have documented it in my ticket - Please see #678177 - So far, its been 10 days since anyone has replied to the ticket from WHMCS.
