Problem with whmcs (importation)

Hello,

I have this message on many of my clients:

"Imported using WHM Import Script - Payment Method, Pricing, Billing Cycle & Next Due Date may be incorrect"

 

and each cron job, they are all deleted from WHM (and finished on WHMCS) ..

if i get you right, all you clients accounts are being terminated from your WHM when the WHMCS cron runs.

 

this is most likely the due date in WHMCS for the clients accounts are not set correctly. This needs to be a date in the future.

I agree with easyhosting sounds like the due date. "Imported using WHM Import Script - Payment Method, Pricing, Billing Cycle & Next Due Date may be incorrect" is a kinda kick in the butt to check it and make sure all is ok

I solved the problem, I have no message.

 

but accounts continued to be deleted ..

Hi,

Please review the entries you see under Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time these accounts are terminated as that should shed some light on the matter. With a Next Due Date in the future the most likely cause is you've configured your products with auto-terminate/fixed term: http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Pricing_Tab
