netwood
I tried to register a .pro domain but I got the following error: Error: professional_data is required in tld_data I checked the registrar (OpenSRS) and it seems like the field "Profession" is a required field. Is there a solution to this? //jonas

cenourinha
just open ticket with them they will provide you with the updated file. If this is a know bug/lack of integration that was already fixed, why don't they provide the patch in the forum or via client area? This situations make me frustated.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 15, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 15, 2012 Hi, Please refer to my post in this thread: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?55246-pro-register-quot-add-contact-error-quot
cenourinha
Hi,Please refer to my post in this thread: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?55246-pro-register-quot-add-contact-error-quot Hi there John, i have already seen that post. My indignation is the fact you are saying "If you open a new support ticket we can provide an updated module which satisfies their requirements for the new TLD.", when you can just provide it to all of us using the thread V5.1 Patches: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?51266-V5-1-Patches This way you will avoid more tickets in queue and use your time to reply to other questions, rather than provide the same reply and patch for each customer that request this patch...
