schwim Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 Hi there everyone, Version: 4.1.2 We get a lot of complaints about how long the clients receive the domain renewal notifications. Up till now, we assumed that they could renew early in their control panel but after two new complaints, we logged in as the client to find that although they get the notices, there's no way for them to pay for the domain early in our system. Looking through the admin panel, we also can't see a way to send them an invoice for the upcoming hosting and domain renewal. Could someone let me know how I might change this?
