I have had WHMCS for a while now, over a year and the support and company are amazing, but I have a problem with tickets creating on there own and its been a few days I havent heard back. Whats happening please dont tell me your getting bad with support. I love this place.

 

Can someone here please help, I am trying not to delete these tickets, but it looks like he is overdue and I do not want him to shut down automatically because of this.

 

Here is what the ticket said:

 

I have a client, and its only this one guy. tHAT WHEN EVER HE pays an invoice it generate a new invoice # and shows the old invoice # as a description, so it looks like this guy never paid in the system. Until you investigate.

 

Its BIZZARE! Please help this man thinks Im insane as it is!

He's using the "mass pay" feature rather than paying the invoice...
