Partial payment received

Recommended Posts

Hi, How do I add on the invoice that a Partial payment has been made on the invoice,

Example: 100 $ is the bill, The client is invoiced for 100$ , She pays a deposit of 50$ , Balance of 50$..

50$ Left over to pay,

Is there such option on WHMCS ??

Please advise,

Thanks

David

Hi,

For anyone still looking for a solution to this, partial payments can now be handled directly against the same WHMCS invoice using a Partial Payment WHMCS Module.

You can accept multiple payments toward one invoice, and it works with all WHMCS payment gateway modules, including Stripe/PayPal/etc.

This is still a useful billing scenario, especially for deposits or split payments. WHMCS can record a payment for a specific amount against an invoice and keep the remaining balance outstanding, which makes the workflow much cleaner than creating a separate invoice for every payment.

Our  module https://whmcsglobalservices.com/partial-payment-whmcs-module/ also give admin configuration to set number of installments for invoices, min or max installment amount for an invoice, allow customers to request for part payment on their invoices, allow admin to accept/reject part payment request for customer invoice, allow admin and clients to track installments for each invoice and also send notification to customer for due installment. Already has stats in admin side for all customers invoices including how much paid, how much remaining balance, number of part payment invoices, etc.
