LaceHost-Ishan
Hi We are interested in the Livechat plugin but i see that it is limited to a windows application as well as android and iPhone apps. Now, like most hosting companies we use unix based systems in our offices. Is there anyway to run the admin application on unix or within a browser? 0 WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 11, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 11, 2011 I can confirm there is a web-based admin console, but the WHMCS integration is limited to the Windows app.
0 LaceHost-Ishan
I can confirm there is a web-based admin console, but the WHMCS integration is limited to the Windows app. Are there any plans for WHMCS integration in the web based console ? No one in our hosting support/sales team uses Windows, so the only reason to use StarDevelop live chat instead of Zopim etc, isn't applicable to us or many other companies.

0 LaceHost-Ishan
well yopu can get many live chats software programs that you can add the script code into your WHMCS The WHMCS Live chat integration is much more than just adding script to WHMCS client area. It logs chats, gives details about the visitor etc.
