or if i buy hosting from you are you going to give me additional hd's and other things for free?

No but ill give you full support anytime you ask a question. That's what support ticket are. Plus if this is a lifetime owned license then id expect lifetime support. To pay for upgrades is understandable.

So your saying that support is only available to those who purchase the support and upgrade feature after the year. That kind is a rip off. If we spend this much money on a product we should be given free support for there program that they made.

You ARE given free support. For a full year.

We could debate whether they should include more than 1 year, but expecting lifetime support doesn't make any sense. Both the customer (usually a company) as well as the software could live on indefinitely.

Ok thanks everyone. There is no sense wasting our energy with this thread. Can a mod please delete this.

why because you are not getting the answer you want.

you will find alot of WHMCS user prefer the monthly option for the continued supprt. but $45 a year for the updates and support is not a great lot.

Just to be helpful... This is pretty much standard with any software company... IE: WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk...

The support you get from WHMCS is direct and ticket based which usually these issues/problems are resolved within the first few months IE: How do I... This keeps failing... That doesn't work with this... Etc...

After that you can elect to renew the support or use these forums for what is called "Community Support" where most of the time you will find an answer just trolling the forums, and if not, you can ask and someone will reply with something useful, it just takes longer than the "Paid Support" thats why it is not free...

Hope this helps clear things up for you Michael O... :)
