Domain Register that uses WHMC and takes payment

Well the problem is I use 2cO right now as one of my processors. They approve the card (Assume they have very good fraud processes in place) and the system auto registers the domain name once their system does the callback. Then a day later they send me an email starting the sale was refunded. One was fraud, the 2nd was because they could not voice verify the sale.

I know I am new using 2CO and understand they have to watch new accounts like a hawk.

I have been in the hosting business since 1999, I closed from 2006 till now due to a personal tragedy that I went through. At the time I had a full blown merchant account and it worked great, with great fraud verification.

I had to close the merchant account as I no longer needed it.

I am not ready to open another merchant account yet because at the time I sold a majority of my customer base and the cost don't out weight the need for a full blown merchant account yet.

Right now I turned off auto setup for enom until C2O gives the final ok.

Are you not using Maxmind with WHMCS? If not, I'd recommend enabling it as it will probably solve your problem

Yeah it is set up not, hopefully that will help, however that will not 2Checkout from being idiots.

Problem is if the customer gets though the fraud check, then to 2co and the domain name is ordered, 2CO comes the next day and refunds the payment, then the customer says forget it, I am stuck with a domain name I don't want.

We all know we don't make a whole lot on domain name registrations.

Not a truer word was spoken. Instead of looking at a different registrar I'd suggest looking for a different payment processor. Maybe PayPal or GoogleCheckOut if you're not interested in a merchant facility just yet.

Already use Paypal and Google Checkout. I am using SquareUp as well, they are great, but they don't have an API yet. I may just dump 2CO, they have been more of a hassle than what they are worth. Even one of my commercial clients there was a problem and I know them personally.
