  1. Well obviously you didn't take the feedback strong enough, because you have not changed anything. I have less than 10 clients that I host sites for and have used your product for other things. I am just a small guy here. This weekend I had to move to a new server and I went to your site to buy a year of support, thought it would be $150, which I would have easily paid for, compared to $45 in the past, but holy hell. My little business breaks even, maybe a little change afterward. I only deal with niche sites/businesses etc. Now I can't get your "old software" to work on the new server. I am beyond pissed at this and now looking at buying ClientExec and having to move everything over there. I would have gladly paid to upgrade my software, but this monthly fee is highway robbery as not every "host" has a ton of clients. I know this post is old, but I miss all this stuff last April. What a way to screw us original guys.
  2. The problem I have is if a customer already has a CC on and they submit a new one, I does not update the old credit card.
  3. Enabled Tick to enable MaxMind Fraud Checking for Orders OFF Reject Free Email Service Block orders from free email addresses such as Hotmail & Yahoo! 4. I did that. The fraud score was 7.5, my settings are to block orders over 6
  5. I hope I have Maxmind setuip proper. I followed the docs for this service here http://docs.whmcs.com/MaxMind I don't see anywhere that says anything about setting a call back from MaxMind. Enabled Tick to enable MaxMind Fraud Checking for Orders OFF Reject Free Email Service Block orders from free email addresses such as Hotmail & Yahoo! ON Reject Country Mismatch Block orders where order address is different from IP Location ON Reject Anonymous Proxy Block orders where the user is ordering through a Proxy ON Reject High Risk Country Block orders from high risk countries Set at 6 MaxMind Fraud Risk Score Higher than this value and the order will be blocked Enabled Use New Risk Score Tick to use new riskScore which ranges from 0 to 100 OFF Perform Telephone Verification Tick this box to enable phone verification on orders OFF Telephone Fraud Score Enter the Minimum Fraud Risk Score to Phone Verify I got an order that was 7.5, however it was not autosetup. I notice that MaxMind has a url callback. http://www.maxmind.com/app/alert_url Do we need anything set up there for WHMCS? By my assumption the order should not have been created, but it was. Am I missing something?
  6. Already use Paypal and Google Checkout. I am using SquareUp as well, they are great, but they don't have an API yet. I may just dump 2CO, they have been more of a hassle than what they are worth. Even one of my commercial clients there was a problem and I know them personally.
  7. Guys, this was a 3 year old thread you replied to. Kajal, you look at tad spammish there.
  8. Yeah it is set up not, hopefully that will help, however that will not 2Checkout from being idiots. Problem is if the customer gets though the fraud check, then to 2co and the domain name is ordered, 2CO comes the next day and refunds the payment, then the customer says forget it, I am stuck with a domain name I don't want. We all know we don't make a whole lot on domain name registrations.
  9. Well the problem is I use 2cO right now as one of my processors. They approve the card (Assume they have very good fraud processes in place) and the system auto registers the domain name once their system does the callback. Then a day later they send me an email starting the sale was refunded. One was fraud, the 2nd was because they could not voice verify the sale. I know I am new using 2CO and understand they have to watch new accounts like a hawk. I have been in the hosting business since 1999, I closed from 2006 till now due to a personal tragedy that I went through. At the time I had a full blown merchant account and it worked great, with great fraud verification. I had to close the merchant account as I no longer needed it. I am not ready to open another merchant account yet because at the time I sold a majority of my customer base and the cost don't out weight the need for a full blown merchant account yet. Right now I turned off auto setup for enom until C2O gives the final ok.
  10. Is there any register out there that uses whmcs, but takes payment?
  11. Is there any domain registers that can be used with WHMCS where the register takes the payment? Enom is ticking me off. I have had a few fraud orders and getting enom to delete and refund the money is like pulling teeth.
  12. Sorry I forgot to reply to this, yes I did search and found it, thanks guys for the reply, appreciate it.
  13. Hello, I have an issue with my 2checkout. When a customer signed up for reoccurring item and they use 2cO, they get sent to 2cO for reoccurring payment, however none of the customer data is there, addresses, name, etc. However if it is a one time item the data is passed to 2cO. Is this common? I don't want my customer to have to re-type their data again, that could turn into lost sales.
  14. How do we get the promo code for 2CheckOut to save $25 on signup. I found out about it here... http://www.2checkout.com/blog/2checkout-blog/2co-and-whmcs
  15. Just wanted to let you know the suggestion worked for me
