klayhizzle
I am running WHMCS with WHM/Cpanel. I imported all of my accounts from WHM/Cpanel (about 30 of them) I have two packages in both WHMCS and WHM that match in both exact names and the attributes (disk size, limit, etc.) When I am in Clients Profile > Products/Services for that product in the admin area, the Disk Usage and BW Usage report accurately, but the Disk Limit and the BW Limit are both inaccurate and read as "Unlimited MB" The same is true when I am logged into client portal from frontend as a client - it reports the Disk/BW Usage correctly, but shows the Limit as unlimited. When I log in to cpanel, the limits for both bandwidth and disk space are shown appropriately. Andy ideas?
othellotech
Have you created the product/service in WHMCS with all the correct values ?
klayhizzle
Yes, and it matches exactly to the WHM package (with the exception of email lists which doesnt appear) What else can I check?
klayhizzle
UPDATE - I posted the thread yesterday but today when I logged in, all of the limits were showing correctly. Is there a cron job that updates that as opposed to real-time?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 11, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 11, 2011 Yes it's updated by the daily cron.
klayhizzle
Gotcha. I see it's an option as part of the cron that accomplishes other tasks. Generally, this is definite good as a whole. But, do you know of a plugin/mod where it has a button to refresh on an individual product/service? This saves me a trip to WHM!
freedombi
Under Reports, Disk Usage has an option to update immediately. This isn't per-product, though, or even per server. It only does all servers.
