nick@molten-servers
Hi, Not sure how this happend, moved our website to our own hosting from another webhost and got some errors, only moved our Templates and Database over. All graphs dont work, and on our main page it no longer works either. Ive attached an image of it happening. laszlof
Right click on the graphs, copy image location. Paste that into your browser. See what error its returning.

nick@molten-servers
No errors come up. I tried to post with the link but it tells me a mod will have to approve it first. The page it is on is all pages with a graph, not just limited to one page but heres the last part of the image reports.php?displaygraph=graph_monthly_signups&homepage=true It traces back to the reports.php which ive now downloaded and reuploaded about 5 times, was working before i moved and updated to the newest whmcs. Thanks
laszlof
Turn on display_errors in your configuration.php file and then try to view the graph directly again.
nick@molten-servers
Was the first thing i done, just tried it again and nothing comes up with any errors. Such a mystery that its one of those things some think are not important and well to others its important. EDIT: I should also note that its on every template too. laszlof
What does it show when you load up the graph directly? Does the graph show? Is it blank? Have you checked your server logs? Do you have GD/ImageMagick installed?
nick@molten-servers
No for the GD Image Magick, graph just comes up blank when i got to it directly, have not checked the logs yet. zomex
GD/ImageMagick installed, still the same. Did you reboot your server after installing? I'd also recommend clearing your browser's cache/cookies at this point.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 28, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 28, 2011 If GD2 is definitely available this suggests you have some whitespace in one of your files that is causing this. Check the configuration.php file and any files in /includes/hooks/ for any spaces or line breaks either before or after the PHP tags <?php and ?> and if found, remove them.
nick@molten-servers
Def have the latest GD2 installed, checked the php files all looks fine, reuploaded fresh downloaded ones and still the same. Getting this on verify image. Ive turned the verify image off until i fix this issue. [29-Jun-2011 10:34:09] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() in /home2/moltenho/public_html/whmcs/includes/verifyimage.php on line 0 This has only come up once, but given that it no longer comes up i would say that its fine now [26-Jun-2011 22:22:14] PHP Fatal error: <br>The encoded file <b>/home2/moltenho/public_html/whmcs/includes/functions.php</b> is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 29, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 29, 2011 The only time I've seen the Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() error is when GD2 isn't compiled.
