0 Alistair
It's a good question - I can't see any requirements on the product page... Have a look here: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.whmcs.awhmcs&feature=search_result

0 mathewparet
But I still will have to buy it to download the app. My intention is to check whether it works on my phone properly. Or is the demo version of Android app available?

Or is the demo version of Android app available? The app itself is free. You can download it for free. If you buy it, you are paying for an access code that will enable you to login to your own WHMCS Admin. So Matt has just given you a demo login that you can test without paying out.

0 mathewparet
Please add support for HTC Wildfire. Or if it is already compatible, then maybe there is some geo location based restriction

0 srinet
Please add support for HTC Wildfire. Or if it is already compatible, then maybe there is some geo location based restriction I used it with Wildfire long time back without any issue. But aWHMCS app does not have much features.
0 slinky
I used it with Wildfire long time back without any issue. But aWHMCS app does not have much features. I just tried it with my tablet and phone. Works perfectly to connect. Just difficult to tell the features it has, such as searching through clients which it appears the mobile skin does not do. Looks like a lot was put into the iPhone app, not sure of the value of the Android app.
0 tynman
I use aWHMCS to simply handle tickets or basic info. It is very disappointing due to lack of features. Can't even delete spam tickets yet. No sound or pop notifications is also sad compared to other android apps. I have it as a widget on the touch screen so I can easily open it and check those mentioned. When compared to WHMCS itself or another addon it is disappointing. If using this app works for your needs or business then congrats and glad it does. It simply is lacking for mine and all the above is of course my opinion.

Yes, it is lacking a lot of features that main WHMCS has, but I think they will come over time. Now that WHMCS 5 has been released, give Matt and team 15 days to sort out any upgrade issues before they turn their attention towards the Apps. If you have any specific requirements, just open a feature request and they are very responsive (example I asked for multiple profiles and received it in next release)

I asked for the ability to delete tickets due to some spam many months ago and I do not think that has been added at this time. At the same time I reported a crash that happened when you click on staff and that I must say was handled within a day. I will note that I did not pursue a refund or anything due to, I know it will be up to par one day. I love WHMCS and the work done thus far on all that is here. I just hope someone reads this topic soon and catches aWHMCS up a little.

Also a questions about this, is the purchase good for anyone wanting to use it on the one site? Thanks. Jake.
