snake Posted May 27, 2011 Share Posted May 27, 2011 I am trying to evaluate the support features. I have setup 3 support depts, one of which downloads via pop3. If I run the pop.cfm task it shows that is downloading email, but no tickets are being created, the email is just being downloaded and deleted. Is there something I have missed here ?
