all order marked as Fraud

Hi

 

i am planning to buy whmcs but before that i ordered trial account

 

and after all installation i tried to check MaxMind Fraud Checking and Telesign Phone Verification

 

but after placing new order i got verification call and i entered given number but still order was marked as Fraud

 

any suggestion?

I'm not aware of the Telesign service but what does the order say under orders > list all orders > order number? There should be a maxmind report there with more information.

There's an known issue with Maxmind, please open a ticket for a fix.

Use only MaxMind.. I believe they use Telesign for phone verification anyways, so no sense in using Telesign when you get the same service by using only MaxMind with phone verification.
