xeqution
http://wiki.whmcs.com/Common_Troubleshooting_Tips Blank pages can be caused by errors in your customisations to modules or templates, missing files or if your server doesn't meet the minimum requirements for WHMCS. To see exactly what the issue is, you need to ensure display_errors are set to On in your servers php.ini file and the error_reporting level set to 6143. Then add the line to your WHMCS configuration.php file and revisit the page: $display_errors=true; An error message occurring will be shown if it's a PHP error. Once finished testing, remove the line again from the WHMCS config file. Also check the servers error logs, I am presuming a file may have been uploaded incorrectly or is corrupted.
revolutionstudios
Thanks I've added the line to the config but I don't have access to my Hosting providers php directory and I doubt they are going to change the error reporting level for me in any case. I'm not getting blank pages and it looks pretty normal apart from those top tabs not being there at all and various other anomalies. Arrg rather annoying
Administrators WHMCS John Posted April 7, 2011 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2011 Sounds like the /admin files didn't upload correctly so try again. If you've customised your admin directory name make sure you uploaded the files to the customised location.
FPForum
i'm having the same problem. I've reuploaded the /admin files and that didn't do anything...Everything displays fine it's only the tabs on customer's profile that do not display any text.. There were absolutely no errors/issues when doing the upgrade from my previous 4.3.1 to this 4.4.2 Also...I went in and checked my php.ini and verified the displaying errors was On. I went into my configuration file and added $display_errors="true"; and then refreshed the page...No errors came up! thispcneedshelp
I still have not solved this issue either have you yet? same here. when my client page loads up the quick menu is all the way to the bottom of the main table. so the clients never see the products offered without scrolling down. Now how many of you know that if your product is NOT withing sight and you have to scroll for it, it probably wont sell very well. I REALLY need this fixed as i have just invested a SH*& load of money into advertisement that released Tuesday. if anyone figures this out or can tell me how to roll back to 4.3.1 PLEASE help me out. <<snipped>> Edited April 11, 2011 by bear contact info

revolutionstudios
I can see where this is going, if the owners are listening I humbly advise some swift action to resolve this issue. Has anyone had any success yet?

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 10, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 10, 2011 lol where's it going exactly? The solution has already been posted - the cause is simple - if you get blank tabs in the admin profile then you haven't uploaded all the new versions files. A common mistake as John advised is for users who customise their admin folder name to upload the new admin folder files to /admin/ rather than their custom admin folder name so I would suggest checking that first. You can also try a full reupload of all the other files if that doesn't do it. Matt

revolutionstudios
I've done as has been suggested and I'm all up and operational, I could see me going back to the old version but no need now. Cheers Matt and all who suggested the solution I though I'd done it all but I can't have uploaded all the files to the proper directories. Happy again.
