dhollingworth
Hi All We've recently implemented WHMCS in a live environment and put through a test order for a domain only. We were expecting the domain to be auto-provisioned when the payment was processed; but this didn't happen - the domain order remained in the pending state and had to be manually accepted before the domain was set to the registrar. There's a significant risk here that someone else might register the domain before we accept the order. These are some details: WHMCS 4.4.1 OpenSRS is the domain registrar The account in question already had a hosting package; but this had been suspended because they didn't pay for it. The option to auto provision for existing customers only is not ticked - so I would expect auto-provisioning for everyone. Is there a way to auto-provision domains when payment is made that I've missed? Thanks David

Thanks David Hello David, I recommend thinking hard about whether or not to set domains to register as soon as payment is received because fraud orders for example may become a problem. However, to do you this would need to: go to setup > domain pricing > select OpenSRS under auto registration (for each domain you would like to enable auto registration) Jack
dhollingworth
Hi Jack Thanks for your prompt reply and advice. The thing is that OpenSRS is set under Auto Registration for all domains. So I can't understand why auto registration didn't happen. Regards David
