It allows small businesses to provide real time support. It's been thoroughly tested and simply works. It doesn't crash, it doesn't stop working due to connection errors. It supports SSL if you put your SSL url in.

 

It might look expensive, but to the right customer this is worth at least 5 times as much.

Great Idea, but I do agree that price is quite very high.

 

When someone can just have outlook and set the refresh time like every 1 minute or less and it will do the same with notifying the user of a ticket open or a response.

 

Unless you can also reply through this as well which would be great and easy except having to access the website.

 

Is there any trial or demo?

Version 1.1 is in development and in beta testing.

 

New Features

- Ticket count added to Window Title = Support Monitor (5) means 5 tickets need a reply. Open, Customer-Reply and In Progress tickets.

- Windows notification sound plays for tickets awaiting reply.

- In Progress tickets no longer get your attention, but they are still added to the title ticket count.

- Better connection error handling. No more popup windows. Nothing stops the Support Monitor from doing it's refresh. When your internet goes down, it continue to work when your internet comes back up.

Well, yes you can use a mail client, however it's not as efficient as this.

 

A year ago, i used to do that and recently i found myself going through hundreds of emails in the morning, usually taking a couple of hours.

 

If you refresh the ticket listing in your browser, you will have to keep checking the browser window. You don't need to keep reopening the Ticket List either, if you close it accidentally. Support Monitor eliminates this and allows you to work on other things.

 

The price will not be reduced further and will be put back to $99 when 8 more orders have been completed.

New Features

- F5 refresh

- Right click context menu on ticket list to Open, Refresh and go to Settings

- Colour added to Status column

- Select the notification sound in the settings menu
