.be Domain WhoIs/Availability Problem

I've just noticed that the Domain Checker is saying all .BE domains are unavailable even when they are actually available.

When I click the WHOIS link, it also reports an error, which probably explains why the availability results are wrong.

WHOIS Results for mytestexample.be

% .be Domain Availability Server 2.0
%
% (c) dns.be 2001-2004 (http://www.dns.be)
%
%% RC = -7
% Invalid pattern

I've looked at the .be line in /includes/whoisservers.php and it seems to be inline with what is stated here about checking availability http://www.dns.be/en/home.php?n=102

Is anyone else having problems with .BE availability checking?

I had the same problem for .be domainnames since I changed the WHMCS SSL System URL from blank to my https://

This problem only occured with .be domainnames

When I put the WHMCS SSL System URL again to blank; the whois on .be domainnames works again...

The problem was that I had my WHMCS script on both my private_html and public_html directory

Now I only use my public_html directory and it works

I found how to only use public_html with ssl here http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29793

My servers don't have an alternate directory for secure files, everything is stored in public_html.

Even if I type in the http:// address to my domain checker it reloads the page as https://

Is there a setting that controls this behaviour in WHMCS?

Do you want auto https:// site?

Build or edit .htaccess

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://Your_Url_here_to_whmcs/$1 [R,L]

Replace Your_Url_here_to_whmcs with yourdomain/clients or clients.yourdomain
