Jalpari
I think change your password is a better option. <<snipped>>

mediapathways
I try to log in to WHMCS admin and after I submit it returns to the login form without any errors. I've cleared the cache and DNS. I'm on a Mac and run a VM with Windows XP. Both Firefox and Safari have the same problem on Mac - when I switch to the Windows VM and run Firefox I have the same problem but when I use IE 8 I can get logged in. I downloaded Google Chrome for Mac and tried it and it won't log in either. Any thoughts.
brooks
I have the same problem. This is a fresh install of WHMCS 5.0.3 on a CentOS 6.2 server running Apache 2.2.15 and PHP 5.3.3. When I try to login to the admin area the username and password are accepted but my browser is redirected back to the login page: 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:02 -0800] "GET /ngadmin/login.php HTTP/1.1" 200 4240 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:02 -0800] "GET /ngadmin/images/loginbg.gif HTTP/1.1" 304 - 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:02 -0800] "GET /ngadmin/images/loginlogo.png HTTP/1.1" 304 - 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:02 -0800] "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 293 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:14 -0800] "POST /ngadmin/dologin.php HTTP/1.1" 302 - 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:14 -0800] "GET /ngadmin/index.php HTTP/1.1" 302 - 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:14 -0800] "GET /ngadmin/login.php HTTP/1.1" 200 4240 6.1.1.2 - - [23/Feb/2012:11:43:15 -0800] "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 293 What might cause this behavior?
Daniel
It normally means your /tmp partition is full or there's a problem with your PHP sessions.
4is
or; your domain in the settings is linked else where and wont save the session/cookie.
brooks
Thanks. It turned out to be a problem with the default permissions on the php session save path directory (which is now set to "/var/lib/php/session") on a fresh install of CentOS 6.x/PHP 5.3.3.
