pippen429
I am beginning to believe that my cron job is not doing the "job". Everything works fine with WHMCS and everyone get's billed when they sign up, but the next month comes and no invoices are sent. I set up the automation settings to send an email 5 days before due date. No email. The due date comes and goes and no email. No past due fees, no nothing. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I recently installed my own WHMCS on another server (I didn't install the one I am having issues with) and I noticed in the activity log that the cron will display what it's doing. For example, it cleared inactive tickets, runs usage stats, sends domain name renewals, etc.. All this is displayed in "Recent Activity" on the admin summary page. It does not do this on my other server which leads me to believe this could all be due to the cron job not performing. I checked the cron script and it looks good.. Not sure what else could be affecting this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am having to manually invoice about a hundred people!
RobG
If you run cron.php manually (i.e. by going to http://your.whmcs.url/cron.php) does it run? It will add its bits and pieces to the activity log if it does.

springs
We are having the same issue (ever since we updated around the 20th of January this month) I restored the cron.php pre-January 20th and it still doesn't seem to run so I'm not positive it actually has to do with the update. Will take out a ticket.
