  1. Hi CDJ, I'd welcome a better idea until WHMCS is able to change the original script to stop it from having any output (other than the email). Until then, this is the only solution that I know of to do.
  2. Hi WIS hosting, Add the following to the end of the cron: > /dev/null 2>&1 That's what I had to do a while ago to get rid of the second email. And the format is now back to the way it was (and very much readable!) - Thanks!
  3. Hi chhit, This was a bug that was fixed in the latest downloads for 5.2.2. Take out a ticket and they'll get you to the proper files.
  4. Keeping an "open mind". Yup, that's it. Should be just as simple to implement so the daily report is easier to read.
  5. Agreed. +1 to the old daily email format over the new.
  6. I see the same issue with the cron job for crons/domainsync.com not working too just to confirm.
  7. Can anyone else confirm that they do not have the "Lock / Unlock Domain" checkbox anymore under their domains tab for the customer in the admin area? I could have sworn it was there before this update, but maybe I'm just having a senior moment?
  8. Same issue. Adding myself to this post in the hopes that someone has a fix.
  9. Thanks Sparky. Had the same issue as described above and moved the version back to the one you've attached and it resolved the issue.
  10. Hi Sheldon, Looking for something similar. Did you happen to overcome the limitation on when someting isn't an invoice generated by an order?
  11. Hi John, We had it setup using the 12|1 Year originally. Unfortunately, this mean that when we had a customer buy one for multi-years it still only processed it for 1 year. The correct format that we were asked to change it to was: 1|1 Year 2|2 Year 3|3 Year and so on... Hope this helps John!
  12. I know this is an old post, but I'm experiencing the same issue. Interestingly enough, I had it semi-working for a while and rebuilt the products and server and now it's producing the error listed above: exit signal Segmentation fault Did anyone figure out what was causing this? There have been no changes/updates to php between the times that it semi-worked and isn't working now. I thought it might be a wsdl caching problem, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. It's acting like a firewall issue, but the firewalls are completely open between the the servers. I'm not sure how or what I can do to debug the problem further. WSP 1.1.0 (DNP) and WHMCS 4.4.2
  13. Resolved: There was a server listed that was no longer active that was hanging it up on Usage Stats Update System that it couldn't complete.
  14. No change. Last entry for it running still shows: Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update We never see the Cron Job: Completed. Here's what we see under System Activity Log: 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Processing Delayed Affiliate Commissions System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Closing Inactive Support Tickets System 01/27/2011 10:39 Email Sent to Joe Smith1 (Friendly Reminder - Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice) System 01/27/2011 10:39 Email Sent to Joe Smith2 (Friendly Reminder - Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice) System 01/27/2011 10:39 Email Sent to Jane Smith1 (Friendly Reminder - Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice) System 01/27/2011 10:39 Email Sent to Joe Smith1 (Friendly Reminder - Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice) System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Sending Domain Renewal Notices System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Sending Invoice Reminders System 01/27/2011 10:39 Credit Card Payments Processed (0 Captured, 1 Failed) System 01/27/2011 10:39 Email Sent to Joe Smith3 (Credit Card Payment Failed) System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Credit Card Processing System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Adding Late Fees System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Generating Invoices System 01/27/2011 10:39 Cron Job: Starting System
  15. This seems to be similar to what we are experiencing. (Some of the invoices aren't processing - we think!) We processed them manually without issues. We don't receive the email on the Cron Job Activity. We have updated to the 4.4.2. We have confirmed that the emails never get sent out to the admins. The last entry in the System Activity Log shows - Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update It never says Cron Job Completed. Going to up the php memory_limit and max_execution_times and see if this helps. I'll report back if it works. (Perhaps someone has already done this and it fixed their issues?)
  16. We are having the same issue (ever since we updated around the 20th of January this month) I restored the cron.php pre-January 20th and it still doesn't seem to run so I'm not positive it actually has to do with the update. Will take out a ticket.
  17. We would be interested in the same option. (We do know that we can adjust this during the order process before it's created, but it would be nice to automate this)
  18. We've experienced the same exact result in the PDF's. It shows "semi" correctly under the Printer version as there is also the transactions listed at the bottom, but unfortunately, the automated PDF's sent don't reflect this.
  19. As bstorm mentions above, we set the pricing to -1 for Biennially and Triennially to avoid them showing up on the order forms which disables them.
  20. Didn't see something like this myself when I looked into it a while back. It would be a nice thing to have a "Ticket - #Subject# - Answered email sent to those in the same department, but we gave up on that idea a while back as the tickets increased. (Too hard to keep track of the emails) I think your thought/idea would be helpful to many though!
  21. Hi Albal, Just to clarify: Under pricing for the product, in the quarterly, semi-annually, etc, you've put the total price for each? (0.00 in each setup fee) Can you attached a screenshot of the "Pricing" tab for the product?
  22. We used Kayako for a couple of years (owned license). Since 2nd quarter 2010, we have stopped using Kayako. Aside from a few things like seperate fields for hours billed in tickets, etc it is pretty much the same. The techs are much happy not having to login to multiple systems as well. (I'd still love to see a field for hours billed vs. amount in the ticket system someday in the future.)
  23. I know this is an old ticket, but was there anything created to do this (perhaps a module add-on) We have little use for the billing entry, but rather keeping track of the time spent. (i.e. a field where the total time spent on the ticket could be tracked) Since the total time between the ticket being submitted and answered would not be accurate, we would like to be able to just add a field where the tech could enter the amount of time spent on that ticket and then pull a monthly report on the total time spent for that customer. (Sorry for bringing up an old thread)
