Automatically send "New Account Information" E-mail?

Alright, so I managed to setup everything automatically with my WHMCS. I have it set so that when a new order is placed, as soon as it's paid for, the hosting account is automatically created.

 

I've tested it, and it works perfectly, except for one small problem. So the "Welcome", and "Order Confirmation" e-mails are both sent out as soon as the order is paid for as well. But I noticed that the "New Account Information" e-mail is NOT sent out automatically right after payment is made. I have to go to Orders, and accept the pending order and THEN the e-mail is sent out.

 

Is there any way to change that?! So that it is automatically sent out with the other e-mails? I hope someone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hm, that's odd. I wonder why it isn't sending :(.

 

Right now I have it set to "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received".

 

Maybe it's not working because when I tested the functionality, the product I was testing it on was free, could that be the problem?

Check if you selected automatically provision for existing clients only.

Where do I check that?

 

Do you have the email template selected on the Product page? Setup -> Product/Services->Your Product. What is selected in the "Welcome Email" field?

 

This is the email that gets sent when the product/service is provisioned.

 

I have the "Hosting Account Welcome E-mail" selected. But that e-mail sends, the one that DOESN'T is the "New Account Information" e-mail :(.

Yes, if it's a free product you'll never receive a payment, so the setup criteria is never met. Select the "as soon as an order is placed" option.
